1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

At SimpleCompressor, we want you to be completely satisfied with our premium services. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our credit packs and subscription plans.

2. No Questions Asked Refund Window

If you are unhappy with the service for any reason within the first 14 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date. Refunds are typically only granted for your most recent transaction.

4. Refund Request Process

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is received, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method (Razorpay or Dodo Payments). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the credit in your account.

6. After 14 Days Policy

Requests made after the 14-day window are generally not eligible for a refund. However, we may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7. Credit Balance Policy

When a refund is processed, any credits added to your account from that transaction will be removed. If you have already used a significant portion of the credits, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

8. Non-transferable Credits

Credits purchased on SimpleCompressor are for individual use and are non-transferable between accounts.

9. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect any abuse of our refund policy or if the user has violated our Terms of Service.
